SEPTEMBER 11th REMEMBRANCE CEREMONY:

The Village of Wellington will be honoring all of the fallen heroes and victims of 9/11 this week at the Patriot Memorial in Wellington Florida.
WELLINGTON FREE MOVIE NIGHT:
WHEN: FRIDAY, September 12th, 2014
TIME: 7:30pm
WHERE: Wellington Florida Amphitheater
COST: FREE
This weeks FREE movie at the Wellington Amphitheater is MR. PEABODY AND SHERMAN, rated PG and starring Ty Burrell, Max Charles and Stephen Colbert. We highly recommend arriving early to get great seats and don’t forget to bring blankets, seating and bug spray.
JEFF ANNAS MEMORIAL FIREFIGHTERS 5K Run:

WHERE: Starts a the Wellington Florida Amphitheater
COST: $30-$35
This Saturday is the 7th Annual Jeff Annas Memorial Firefighters 5K Run. This years race will be limited to only 1,400 participants, so make sure to register today @ www.jeffannas5k.com. Just a few of the organizations who will benefit from this fundraiser are The Firefighters Paramedics Benevolent Fund, Little Smiles of Florida & Waterfront Warriors.
WELLINGTON FOOD TRUCK INVASION:

The Wellington Food Truck Invasion is taking place this Saturday along with live music If you haven’t been to Wellington’s Food Truck Invasion it features 10-20 different food trucks with an array of appetizers, meals, snacks and desserts.

This Saturday Wellington is hosting a FREE CONCERT along with their Food Truck Invasion. This weekends FREE CONCERT is a tribute to The Eagles performed by The Long Run. We recommend arriving early and don’t forget to bring seating and/or blankets.
